This extraordinary Oaxacan Handwoven Wool Accent Pillow comes from the community of Teotitlan del Valle in Oaxaca — a village whose weavers have practiced the ancient art of the waist loom for generations. Each pillow is woven by hand, one wool fiber at a time, on a loom tied to a pole on one side and to the weaver’s own waist on the other. A single cushion like this can take up to two or three days to complete. The result is a piece that is truly one of a kind — a small work of art that carries within it the skill, the patience, and the heritage of its maker.

The caramel diamond geometric design is bold and beautiful, with a Southwestern, Bohemian, or Navajo spirit that brings warmth and character to any sofa, chair, or bed. 100% wool on the front, Mexican cotton cloth on the back, with a zipper closure.
