It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” The tree planted by the water. Roots deep in the stream. Green in the heat. Fruitful in the drought. Not because the circumstances are easy — the heat still comes, the drought still comes — but because the roots go deep enough to reach water that the surface conditions cannot touch.
